GRANSHAN Symposium and Conference is a collaborative project. Together with our local and global partners we create an international platform for design and typography with unique content and topics.

    The Thailand Creative and Design Center, Bangkok, is not only an integral part of the Thai design scene, it is also a rich source of know-how, organizational skills, and extensive networks. The TCDC was founded to explore and develop creative and economic competences and opportunities in today’s competitive markets.‎

  • Goethe-Institut Bangkok
    Goethe-Institut is the Federal Republic of Germany’s cultural institution operational worldwide. It promotes the study of German abroad and encourages international cultural exchange. It also fosters knowledge about Germany by providing information on its culture, society and politics. Its educational and training products enable mobility in an international learning community.

    Founded in Bangkok in 1943, today Silpakorn University is a well-known public university. It is the leading Thai university in the fine arts and archaeology. Overall it consists of 13 faculties, a graduate school and a college. Silpakorn University Art Center is Thailand‘s most prestigeous art gallery. The Center has cooperated with other organiztions in both public and private sectors in organizing art competitions and art exhibitions by foreign artists, annual exhibitions of students‘ art thesis as well as those of lecturers and professors in the fields of art and design

  • Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Anthropology Centre
    The Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Anthropology Centre (public organization) (hereafter "SAC") is a non-profit academic institution that was established in Her Royal Highness's honour and seeks to fulfil her wish to establish and develop a national institution responsible for the systematic gathering, processing and servicing of anthropological data. SAC is committed to fostering academic progress through the extension of anthropological knowledge, through the propagation of new research and findings, through the encouragement and support of development in research studies, and in the accumulation of an extensive collection of anthropology materials (with a focus on Thailand and Southeast Asia).

  • University of Reading
    The Department of Typography and Graphic Communication at the University of Reading is one of the world’s pre-eminent establishments for the study of typography and type design. With an impressive roster of lecturers and former students, the undergraduate and postgraduate courses promise hard work but also high chances of work with pre-eminent book, newspaper and magazine publishers as well as other organisations needing clear and imaginative graphic communication such as large software companies,and type design houses.

  • Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Armenia
    As the founder of the GRANSHAN typeface competition, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Armenia has a genuine interest in promoting Non-Latin Typefaces. During the tgm’s visit to Armenia in 2009 this shared interest led to the founding of a collaborative project. Since 2010, the competition of typefaces has been administered successfully by both parties.

    ThaiGa‘s mission is to help improve and leverage Graphic Design practices as a profession & ethics in Thailand to reach and compile with the World‘s graphic design standard. ThaiGa is all about Inspire, Innovate, Inform, and Involve.
